Project Description
We recently completed a remarkable property development project earlier this year. It began with the acquisition of a bungalow situated on a spacious plot of land. After obtaining the necessary planning permission, the land was successfully divided the into two separate plots and sold. The proceeds from these sales were then utilized to fund the extensive renovation of a two-bedroom bungalow, transforming it into a stunning five-bedroom, 2500 square foot dormer bungalow.
The construction work for this project was carried out by our sister company, Barnston Building, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail. Due to the complexity of the development, numerous variables had to be considered and managed throughout the process. Nevertheless, the final result was truly remarkable, showcasing the successful integration of modern design and functionality within a spacious and attractive property. This project contained a high level of eco efficiency with a number of renewable sources of energy included within the build.
Being part of this project was an immensely rewarding experience. It allowed us to showcase our expertise in property development and navigate the intricacies of planning, construction, and renovation. We are proud of the outcome and the contribution it has made to the local housing market.
